Justin Young Leads 15 Survivors in Event #2 $100,000 High Roller Bounty at the 2022 WSOP

Day 1 of Event #2 $100,000 High Roller Bounty at The 2022 WSOP at Bally's and Paris Las Vegas is in the books and only 15 players out of 45 remain. Justin Young held the lead.  Poker's bad boy, David "Chino" Rheem, led ahead of Tuesday night's break but was knocked out just prior to the end of Day 1.

Some of the biggest names in the game will return Wednesday, including Erik Seidel, Daniel Negreanu and Phil Ivey.  The event required a $100,000 buy-in, attracting poker's richest field of players.

Justin Young had a good stretch of play during the middle of the day, winning two key flips against Chris Hunichen and Laszlo Bujitas.

Young has won just shy of $6 million on the live circuit.  The Henderson, Nevada-based player's biggest cash win occurred in 2008 at the World Poker Tour $ 15,000 + 400 No Limit Hold'em - Doyle Brunson Classic.  He finished second in that event and walked away with $ 936,760.

Two more WSOP events begin on Wednesday: Event #3: Freezeout No-Limit Hold'em and Event #4: Dealers Choice 6-Handed.
